The device has a projecting portion i.e. ring, arranged remotely from a circular disk shaped head part in a direction of a longitudinal axis of a rod. The head part projects laterally from the rod. An arrangement of the rod is utilized such that the rod passes in a circular traversing hole (6) and movement of a male element (2) is limited to translational displacement along a longitudinal axis of the rod by locking the projecting portion against a lower edge of the hole at a side of a leg and by locking the head part against an upper edge of the hole on an opposite side of the leg. An independent claim is also included for an assembly of a fixation device comprising objects.
