PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a processor which can achieve energy saving in one or more electric apparatuses.

SOLUTION: An image processor as the processor includes an acquisition means for acquiring the state information of each electric apparatus by communicating with one or more electric apparatuses, a reception means for receiving the information indicating an electric apparatus to be controlled out of the one or more electric apparatuses, and the energy saving action information pertaining to the electric apparatus to be controlled, and a control means which notifies the electric apparatus to be controlled of the fact that the energy saving action must be taken based on the information acquired by the acquisition means and the information received by the reception means.
