PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To extract a basic part of a spectrogram for composing a observation signal, and to estimate what kind of phase spectrum is associated and mixed, by an efficient algorithm. SOLUTION: An initial setting section 1 outputs two dimensional matrix including an observation time frequency component as an element from a time series signal, and creates a time series signal parameter from the two dimensional matrix. A time series signal model calculation section 2 calculates a time series signal model from an initial value of the time series signal parameter. A parameter update section 3 updates the time series signal parameter by locally optimizing an objective function. A convergence determination section 4 determines whether the time series signal parameter satisfies a predetermined standard, and repeatedly updates the time series signal parameter until the predetermined standard is satisfied.
