摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To measure a water level within a sewage pipe at a plurality of points, wirelessly and stably transmit a measurement data, monitor the measurement data, utilize the measurement data, and implement an automatic control and an operation assist of a drain facility such as a pump. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A system includes: a sensor node 3 disposed within the sewage pipe, measuring the water level within the sewage pipe, and wirelessly transmitting the data; a computer system 5; and a transmission control section 10. The computer system includes: a data processing function section 15 for implementing an error process of the received data, and processing the data so as to display it; a function section 21 for displaying a state within the sewage pipe based on a database for saving various data and the collected measured data; and a transmission control function section 20 for controlling a wireless transmission of the sensor node. The sensor node is installed so as to utilize both of an interior of the sewage pipe and a ground level as a wireless transmission path, and changes a transmission frequency of the data in a wireless station of the sensor node in response to a measurement value of the water level within the sewage pipe measured by the transmission control section.
