<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure for installing a solar radiation utilization device for a flat roof building, which prevents a deterioration in earthquake resistance even when the solar radiation utilization device is installed on a flat roof surface, which prevents a deterioration in a waterproof layer on a roof floor, which facilitates maintenance and repair, and which also facilitates a change in the position of the solar radiation utilization device and a change to another application purpose. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The structure includes: an elastic member 3 and a damping member 4, which constitute a vibration control member installed on the surface of the flat roof 1a having the waterproof layer 2 formed thereon; a floor member 5 which is supported via the vibration control member so as to cover the whole surface of the flat roof 1a; and the solar radiation utilization device 6 which is placed and fixed on the floor member 5.
