<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve insulation reliability by controlling the behavior of a foreign matter of a closed insulating device and making the closed insulating device more compact. <P>SOLUTION: This closed insulating device includes: a high voltage conductor 1, which extends in the axial direction and can be divided into at least two in the axial direction; a metal vessel 3, which can be divided into at least two by end flanges 3a, which covers the conductor 1 keeping a gap between the conductor 1 and itself, and which contains an insulation gas 2 filled in this gap; and spacers 4, which are fixed in such a way as to be sandwiched by the end flanges 3a at the outside circumferential side, which support the conductor 1 at the inside circumferential side, and which are provided with insulating members 4a. On the inside surface of the metal vessel 3, a nonlinear resistance film 13 is provided that is made of a nonlinear resistance material, which has characteristics that resistance value decreases as current density increases, filled with a filler having inductive capacity different from this nonlinear resistance material. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
