<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mail reservation system that eliminates the following problems: when a reservation is made for a store by telephone or Web queueing system, telephone line congestion occurs, or ID or password is needed for identifying a user, thereby requiring a long time and complicating the procedure. <P>SOLUTION: The electronic mail reservation system comprises: transmission mail for making a reservation for a turn to a communication terminal on a provider side C from a communication terminal 2 such as a cellphone on a user side A; cancellation mail for canceling the reservation; and notice mail for notifying the user about the reservation. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
