<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To set a selective rejection function and a notice function for each destination of mail by using a mailing list. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This rejection notice screen display method in sending mail using the mailing list has: a process of detecting an operation input concerning the execution of a rejection notice function in a state that a mailing list address or information specifying the mailing list is inputted into a destination address; and a process of displaying on an operation screen a rejection notice setting screen which has a display column for displaying a list of user information registered in the mailing list, and a check input column for setting for each user as to whether the mail is rejected from a sending target, or only partial information of sending contents is restrictively presented.
