PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely eliminate a swing component included in an output detected value of a control object, and to avoid the unnecessary vibration of an operation amount when the state of the control object is largely changed. SOLUTION: A control device 50 performing feedback control includes a control object model 63a estimating an output of the control object 14 based on the operation amount I<SB>CMD</SB>input to the control object 14 and band-pass filters 63c-63e calculating detected value swing amounts included in a detected valueθcs from an outputθ1 calculated from the estimated output and the detected valueθcs of the control object, widens a pass bandwidth as the state change of the control object 14 increases, and narrows the pass bandwidth as the state change of the control object decreases.
