摘要 <p>Disclosed is a charging/discharging control circuit provided with: a plurality of switching units; a state detection unit; a current control unit; a voltage-related information acquisition unit; and a restriction-cancellation unit. The plurality of switching units are respectively connected in series with a plurality of secondary batteries that are connected in parallel. The state detection unit detects the condition of these secondary batteries. If the state of any of the secondary batteries detected by the state detection unit satisfies a preset decision condition, the secondary battery that satisfies this decision condition is identified as a battery that should be subject to current restriction by the current control unit, which then turns off the switching unit that is connected in series with such a battery that is the subject of current restriction; information relating to the terminal voltage of these secondary batteries is acquired from such secondary batteries as voltage-related information by the voltage-related information acquisition unit. First voltage-related information relates to a first terminal voltage, which is the voltage of a terminal of the battery that is the subject of current restriction. Second voltage-related information relates to a second terminal voltage, which is the terminal voltage of a secondary battery other than the battery that is the subject of current restriction. The first voltage-related information and the second voltage-related information are acquired by the voltage-related information acquisition unit if the state detected by the state detection unit in respect of the battery subject to current restriction does not satisfy the aforementioned decision condition. The control cancellation unit turns on the switching unit that is connected in series with the battery that is subject to current restriction if the first voltage-related information and the second voltage-related information show that the difference between this first terminal voltage and second terminal voltage is less than the preset decision voltage.</p>
