<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it easier for a user to discriminate a plurality of states in which settings become collectively effective or non-effective, on the basis of operation of a single operator. <P>SOLUTION: An EASY button 26 which is operated by a user in order to collectively make settings effective or non-effective, settings being a setting of musical sound of a base part, a setting for obtaining a desired chord by only pressing a part of a key corresponding to a composing note of the chord, and a setting for keeping a key pressing state after key depressing, while an LED 26a is provided according to the EASY button 26. The LED 26a is turned on, if the above three settings are all effective, and otherwise, the LED 26a is turned off.
