The LED-lamp (10) has a LED unit arranged between the reflector and a heat sink (12) in a clamped manner, where the heat sink cools the LED-unit. A reflector bundles light emitted by the LED-unit and passed out through an outlet opening in the reflector. Fastening units in the form of resilient clamping legs are provided at the reflector for fastening the reflector to the heat sink in a mechanically detachable manner. A holder (16) with power connection is arranged at the heat sink. The LED unit includes a LED-light source, which is arranged on a LED-circuit board.
