<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing an optical element capable of increasing quality of an optical element and effectively using an air vent. <P>SOLUTION: A moving holding part 35 is shifted in an optical axis against an air vent MA, whereby breaking of the air vent MA by nearing movement of the moving holding part 35 is not caused and thus injury of an optical surface OP by debris of the air vent MA and other troubles can be suppressed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
