<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high frequency heating device capable of accurately and promptly sensing a temperature rise in a magnetron anode so as to prevent the thermal runaway and breakage of the magnetron and deformation of a resin component such as an air guide which are caused when a temperature sensor cannot accurately sense a temperature rise of the magnetron anode, capable of achieving stable quality and advantageous to resource saving. <P>SOLUTION: The temperature sensor 21 is arranged in the approximately center of a plurality of cooling fins 3B, and the lateral face 21A is pressed by the cooling fins 3B.
