MONITORING SYSTEM, MONITORING METHOD, AND PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To output information allowing proper acquisition of a state of a participant.

SOLUTION: In a monitoring system, a user of a terminal device connected to a network is monitored. The monitoring system includes: a condition storage part storing a plurality of preset writing conditions associatively to a plurality of pieces of different warning information; a history acquisition part acquiring a writing history of data by the user into the terminal device; and a warning part performs warning by use of the warning information associated to the writing condition with which the writing history accords when the writing history accords with the writing condition stored in the condition storage part.
