PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for molding an air-conditioning duct for vehicles which is particularly required to be excellent in lightweight properties, insulation properties, rigidity, impact resistance, and durability against changes in temperature and humidity. SOLUTION: After a pair of molten thermoplastic resin sheets 16 and 16 is extruded from a first extruder 7 and a second extruder 8 to be arranged between a pair of split molds 13 and 13, forms 17 and 17 positioned around the molds are advanced relatively to the molds and adhered to the extruded thermoplastic resin sheets 16 and 16. Next, the split molds 13 and 13 are closed, and the thermoplastic resin sheets 16 and 16 corresponding to the respective cavities 14 and 14 of one mold and the other mold are vacuum-sucked to form the air-conditioning duct for vehicles.
