<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibrating device allowing the replacement of a power source arranged inside without removing a vibrating mechanism and allowing the vibrating mechanism to be directly touched and operated. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The vibrating device includes a frame 102 with a recess 107 and openings 103 for inserting a user's digits, and the vibrating mechanism 101 which is an enclosure including the power source 106, a vibrating element 105 receiving the supply of power from the power source 106, and an interface 110 used for starting and stopping the vibrating element 105. The vibrating mechanism 101 is partially inserted in the recess 107, and the interface 110 has an activator 104 arranged on the surface of the vibrating mechanism 101 to allow access from the outside of the frame 102.
