PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a formed garment fitting with soft touch to each body section by nearly equal wearing pressure without causing extreme difference of elevation of wearing pressure, and easy to attach and detach, and to provide a men's lower body garment using the garment. SOLUTION: The formed garment 1 is unitedly knitted as a cylindrical fabric 2 using a stretchable yarn and having a size corresponding to the peripheral length of a wearing section of the body of a wearer. The cylindrical fabric 2 is knitted by combining a stitch density map 5 composed of the distribution of less and great stitch density with a knit texture map 6 composed of the distribution of small and large tightening force, corresponding to the uneven form of the body to nearly equalize the wearing pressures of a recessed part 4 and a projecting part 3.
