<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixture for arranging a resin material which can stably stick a foamable resin material on the inside surface of a steel sheet and achieve improvement in efficiency of work to arrange the foamable resin material on the steel sheet. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The fixture 1 for arranging the resin material includes a press block 2 for pressing the foamable resin material 4 having foamability, elasticity, and adhesion to the inside surface 621 of the steel sheet 62 and a holding means 3 which can hold the foamable resin material 4. The fixture 1 for arranging the resin material is composed so that the holding means 3 is made to be in a holding state 301, the foamable resin material 4 is held on the press surface 21 of the press block 2, next, the foamable resin material 4 is pressed/stuck to/on the inside surface 621 of the steel sheet 62 by the press block 2, and after that, the holding means 3 is made to be in a release state.
