The invention relates to a device for signaling immobilized vehicles on public roads, designed to provide advantages in terms of road safety. The device is intended to be positioned on any part of the vehicle (front, back or side), depending on the position of the vehicle on the road. The device for making vehicles visible is formed by three parts which when connected to one another can be installed quickly and easily on the vehicle when the vehicle becomes immobilized on the road.
