<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic component having an electric function element mounted on a supporting member and a method for fabrication the same with improved temperature characteristics. <P>SOLUTION: In the electronic component having the electric function element (acceleration sensor element) 2 mounted on the supporting member (package) 3, an adhesive layer 10 that joins the electric function element 2 to the supporting member is constituted by a pedestal 8 formed by curing an adhesive 7 through two curing steps and a portion of the adhesive layer 10 as obtained by curing an adhesive 9 through a single curing step, whereby temperature characteristics in the electronic component are improved. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
