PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a turret type filter device which prevents filter plates from being attached at different parts and allows them to be reattached. SOLUTION: A filter chamber is constituted between a ground plate 1 and a cover plate 2 and an opening 1b which regulates an optical path is formed on the ground plate 1, and an opening 2b is formed at a part opposite to the opening 1b on the cover plate 2. Three openings 3c, 3d, 3e which can be faced to the optical path are formed so as to individually cover two openings 3c, 3d of the three openings in a rotating section 3, which is rotatably attached to the filter chamber, and a first filter plate 4 and a second filter plate 5, different in density are attached. Then, the first filter plate 4 and the second filter plate 5 have flexibility and are suitably attached in plate thickness of the rotation member 3, without having to depend on adhesion or welding.
