PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for forming a post which can be easily set on a pressure-resisting slab type grid post foundation for low-rise building while ensuring a withdrawal bearing force. SOLUTION: The method of forming the post includes forming a pressure-resisting slab within a circumferential underground beam foundation constituted in I shape under the ground surface, forming an internal underground beam integrated with the pressure-resisting slab in a predetermined position, and forming the post in a predetermined position on the upper surface of the pressure-resisting slab and the internal underground beam.
