<p>The device comprises a mixing chamber (11), a stamp (13) for pushing the mixing components into the mixing chamber by a charging shaft (12), and a displacing unit (6) for upwardly and downwardly moving the stamp. A part of the upward and downward movement of the stamp takes place with a weight balance (3), which compensates the masses of the stamp with the connected displacing unit, supports the upward and downward movement of the stamp and has a counter weight that is kept on a traction element by a deflection and is coupled with the stamp. The upward movement of the stamp is hydraulically driven in a lower pressurized position of the stamp in an end phase of the pushing of the rubber mixture into the mixing chamber. The traverse of the stamp is coupled with a hydraulic cylinder in the lower pressurized position. The connection of the traverse with the hydraulic cylinder takes place by a locking unit. The stamp rod of the stamp is coupled with the hydraulic cylinder in the lower pressurized position.</p> |
