<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plant monitoring control system transition device which makes step-by-step transition of a monitoring control system, such as controlling certain facilities of the plurality of facilities with an existing monitoring controller and controlling the other facilities with a newly installed monitoring controller. <P>SOLUTION: The plant monitoring control system transition device includes: a status signal receiving/transmitting part which receives a status signal transmitted from each of the plurality of facilities and transmits the status signal to the existing controller and to the newly installed controller which is different from the existing controller; a control signal receiving part which receives old status signals generated by the existing controller for each of the plurality of facilities based on the status signal and new control signals generated by the newly installed controller for each of the plurality of facilities based on the status signal; and a control signal selection part which selects the control signals to be transmitted to each of the plurality of facilities among the old status signals and the new status signals on a condition predefined for each of the plurality of facilities. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
