<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a surface functionality light curing sheet having a functional layer on a surface capable of manufacturing a surface functionality light curing sheet having the uniform quality of a surface functional layer by a simple process at low manufacturing cost and at a high yield. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A light curing resin composition containing a light curing a basket-shaped silsesquioxane resin is coated in a film-like form by flowing on a transparent base film and a functional layer side of a transfer film having a functional layer which can be transcribed by peeling is laminated while opposing the light curing resin composition on a film material, and a UV-ray is cast on at least one surface of the resulting laminated material to cure the light curing resin composition, and thereafter, the film material of the transcribed film is peeled off, whereby the functional layer is transferred on a surface of the light curing resin layer.
