<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle body structure of a vehicle, capable of suppressing the deformation of a coupling flange member of a crash box and the collapse of the crash box when a collision load is input in the crash box by a horizontally long flange, and reducing the thickness of the flange member, and the weight thereof. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A fixed flange member 10 provided on the end of a frame 8S and a coupling flange member 11 provided on the end on the frame 8S side of a crash box 12 are fastened to each other with a bolt 13 and a nut 14. A horizontally long flange 31 is provided on the outer surface of the flange member 10 of a fastened part with the bolt 13 and the nut 14, and the short side ridge of the horizontally long flange 31 is fixed so as to be located on the frame 8S side.
