ELECTRICALLY CONDUCTIVE THERMOPLASTIC RESIN COMPOSITE AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THE SAME

PURPOSE: An antistatic thermoplastic resin composition and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to secure the proper conductivity and antistatic property by adding a small amount of carbon nanotubes. CONSTITUTION: An antistatic thermoplastic resin composition contains a thermoplastic resin, and carbon nanotubes uniformly dispersed inside the thermoplastic resin. 0.1~5wt% of carbon nanotubes are contained inside the composition. The antistatic thermoplastic resin composition additionally contains clay in which inter-layer exfoliated platelets are discontinuously dispersed.
