PURPOSE: An IPTV system for watching the entire contents through authentication and payment of a plurality of users is provided to widely supply the contents through stored initials information of an electric money type card as an IC(Integrated Circuit) card. CONSTITUTION: An IPTV(Internet Protocol Television) system(100) includes an IPTV terminal(110) and an STB(Set Top Box). The STB relays the authentication with a contents server according to the input of the user information. The STB requests the contents to the contents server according to the contents request of the IPTV terminal. The STB relays the content information between the content server and the IPTV terminal.
