PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a server system by tracking a mobile terminal confirmed as "genuine article" capable of guaranteeing reliably the authenticity "fake or genuine" of the mobile terminal, and judging the other mobile terminals transmitting the same terminal ID as false. SOLUTION: A server 100 receives a terminal ID inherent to each portable telephone set 300 transmitted from the portable telephone set 300 at a prescribed transmission interval T. The server 100 obtains a position information (transmitting position) of the portable telephone set 300 of the transmission source of the received terminal ID, and associates the terminal ID with a receiving time for storage in each terminal ID. The server 100 also judges whether there are a plurality of portable telephone sets 300 that transmit the terminal ID on the basis of the stored receiving time and the transmitting position in each terminal ID.
