PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid machine, in which generation of noise or vibration caused by operation can be restricted, in which installation space is small, and in which operability is improved. SOLUTION: In this fluid machine as a pump 10, a deformed tube 30 is inserted into a circular tube member 20. In the deformed tube 30, large diameter parts 30a and small diameter parts 30b are alternately formed in its axial direction. Outer circumferential surfaces of the large diameter parts 30a are tightly applied to the inner circumferential surface of the circular tube member 20. In the small diameter parts 30b, the inner circumferential surfaces are tightly applied to each other. In the deformed tube 30, apparently, the large diameter parts 30a and the small diameter parts 30b move from an inflow port 21 of the circular tube member 20 toward an outflow port 22. Since the deformation tube 30 is thus deformed, fluid is carried from the inflow prot 21 of the circular tube member 20 toward the outflow port 22. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
