PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a prismatic secondary battery is provided to effectively perform a welding process with a small amount of current, and to secure the current-collecting efficiency. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a prismatic secondary battery comprises the following steps: locating a first current collecting member(13) on a first welding-preset unit(101), and a first supporting member(19) to the other side of the first welding-preset unit; resistance welding each members; locating a second current collecting member(14) on a second welding-preset unit(102), and a second supporting member(20) to the other side of the second welding-preset unit; and welding each members. |
