PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a catalyst for ethylene copolymerization is provided to obtain an ethylene coplolymer with the high apparent density and the wide distribution of the molecular weight. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a catalyst for ethylene copolymerization comprises the following steps: dissolving a magnesium halide compound to a mixed solution containing cyclic ether and alcohol to obtain a magnesium compound solution; reacting the magnesium compound solution with a titanium compound to form a carrier; reacting the carrier with an organoaluminium compound; and dipping the outcome to titanium.
