PURPOSE: A language education system is provided to improve the fun element and education capacity by supplying voice and image which are comprised of various languages. CONSTITUTION: A game apparatus assembles piece elements. The piece elements comprise at least one minute mark. A plurality of intrinsic minute marks comprises the index of sound and video. An electronic pen(10) recognizes each minute marks. The electronic pen transmits an index signal. The index signal corresponds to the recognized minute mark. A potable study terminal(20) visually and aurally outputs sound and video information corresponding to the index signal.
