PURPOSE: A packing wrap cutting device is provided to cut plastic wrap at a time with a simple operation using a saw blade and ensure safe use. CONSTITUTION: A packing wrap cutting device comprises a holding shaft(11), a case(10), and a cover(20). The cover comprises a cutting member. The case has supporting projections(13,14) on an upper side thereof for holding up the bottom surface of a drawn wrap(L). A first tape(15) for temporarily attaching plastic wrap is attached to the supporting projections. A saw blade(22) is perpendicularly fixed to the bottom surface of the cover and has a compression projection(23) for pressing and supporting the top of plastic wrap behind the supporting projections. A second tape(24) is attached to the compression projection to press and support the plastic wrap horizontally drawn in the case.
