PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a composite material using paper sludge, and a composite film using the paper sludge are provided to recycle wasted sludge by producing a film, a sheet, or an extrudate with the paper sludge. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a composite material using paper sludge, and a composite film using the paper sludge comprises the following steps: inserting dried sludge and a resin to a mixed extruder, and extruding; cooling the extruded mixture in a water tub in 25~30 deg C; and forming a pellet type chip using a pelletizer. The pressure of the mixed extruder is 50~60 kgf per square centimeters.
