PURPOSE: An apparatus for processing leftover food is provided to be prevented from overloading by efficiently compressing pulverized leftover food and discharging the compressed leftover food without congestion. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for processing leftover food(100) includes a main frame(110), a leftover food inlet(120), a pulverizing unit(130), and a compressive-dehydration unit(140). In the pulverizing unit, leftover food from the leftover food inlet is pulverized. A screw shaft(141) is installed to the compressive-dehydration unit. In the compressive-dehydration unit, the leftover food is collected and is compressed and dehydrated while a transferring operation toward a longitudinal direction is performed. |
