PURPOSE: A water passing pipe having a connecting unit for flanges is provided to prevent compressive force and distortion due to differential settlement by the strong connection of both flange portions. CONSTITUTION: A water passing pipe having a connecting unit for flanges comprises a pipe body(100), both flange portions(200), and a pair of connecting bands(300). Both flange portions are integrated with and projected from both sides of the pipe body. Each connecting band is composed of a fixing ring used as a cover(310), a support sill(320), settling members(330), and a connecting member(340). The fixing ring used as a cover surrounds top portions(210) of both flange portions. The support sill supports the fixing ring on the outside of the top portions.
