PURPOSE: An eco-friendly fabricated water tank is provided to enable a user to conveniently fabricated and transfer the water tank, to obtain excellent a construction property, to smoothly move water within the water tank, and to strongly support the pressure of upper part of the water tank. CONSTITUTION: An eco-friendly fabricated water tank comprises: a concrete bezel(10) which is formed by placing concrete on the bottom and wall of an underground space; a plurality of unit base frames(100) which are consecutively arranged within the concrete bezel and stores water; a plurality of connection supports which connect the unit base frames; and an upper cover which is installed on the upper parts of the concrete bezel and unit base frames. A rectangular lattice groove is included on the bottom of the concrete bezel.
