The present application relates to a stabilizer device for two bone fragments resulting after axial correction via osteotomy of a metatarsal head with respect to the respective metatarsal segment of the first metatarsal, comprising an endomedullary nail component (23) having a proximal end (21), a transverse slot (36) and a longitudinal recess (39) made at the head thereof, and a substantially plate-like component (24) which has a threaded transverse through hole (26) for the engagement of a screw (22) and a shank element (35) projecting overhanging therefrom and configured for the removable engagement with the longitudinal recess (39) and the transverse slot (36), respectively.
