PURPOSE: A vehicle barrier which can prevent fatal accidents by absorbing impact due to the collision of vehicles is provided to improve safety of passengers and to prevent the separation of vehicles from a road. CONSTITUTION: A vehicle barrier comprises a fixing and coupling device(50). The fixed coupler outlet is combined between a pillar(10) and a rail(20). The fixed coupler outlet comprises a pillar fixing member(12), a rail fixing member(22) and a shock absorbing member(30). The pillar fixing member is fixed to the pillar. The rail fixing member is fixed to the rail. The buffer member elastically clinches the pillar fixing member and rail fixing member.
