PURPOSE: A semiconductor apparatus and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to improve the aperture ratio by forming a part or whole of a semiconductor layer and a conductive layer using a material with the transmittance. CONSTITUTION: A first electrode(112) with the transmittance is formed on a substrate. A second electrode(132a) with the transmittance is formed on the substrate. A semiconductor layer(118a) with the transmittance is electrically connected with the first electrode and the second electrode. A first wiring is electrically connected with the first electrode. An insulating layer is formed to cover the semiconductor layer. A third electrode with the transmittance is formed on the insulating layer.
