PURPOSE: A disposable safety syringe is provided, which can prevent infection of disease by the contact with a needle. CONSTITUTION: A disposable safety syringe comprises: an outer tube(10) in which injection solution is filled; a needle portion(20) equipped with a needle which is exposed to the outside and is arranged within the outer tube; an elastic member which elastically presses the needle portion in the outer tube; a fixing member which fixes the needle portion by resisting the elastic force of the elastic member; and a pusher(30) which is inserted within the outer tube and separates the fixing member from the needle portion.
