PURPOSE: A soundproof wall with a ventilation function is provided to improve durability and environment property by automatically opening and closing a part of a soundproof wall. CONSTITUTION: A soundproof wall with a ventilation function comprises a sensor unit(500), a controller(400), an opening and shutting unit(300), a soundproofing unit(200), and an information storage unit(600). The sensor unit is composed of multiple sensors. The sensors are fixed to the soundproofing unit to measures the soundproof wall surrounding environment elements. The controller controls the opening and closing degree of an opening/closing soundproof panel. The opening and closing nit opens and closes the opening/closing soundproof panel.
