PURPOSE: A diathermic treatment apparatus with a self-pad is provided, which makes diathermic treatment of an appropriate part possible by wearing or contact of a self-pad without a separate surgical operator. CONSTITUTION: A diathermic treatment apparatus with a self-pad comprises: an anode output terminal for output of high-frequency current, which generates high-frequency current; a main body in which a cathode output terminal is equipped; an electrode(21) which contacts a treatment position of the body and is connected to the anode output terminal of the main body; a self-pad(20) in which a plate which is connected to the cathode output terminal of the main body is arranged; and a connection cable(30) interlinking the cathode output terminal of the main body and plate of the self-pad.
