PULLING DEVICE FOR 3-PHASE POWER CABLE AND AUTOMATIC PULLING METHOD USING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A three phase distribution cable pulling device and a pulling automating method using the same are provided to reduce manpower and working time by pulling the cable through an automation facility. CONSTITUTION: First to third drum loading units(110-130) respectively fix three cable drums. Each of the first to third drum loading units includes a rotation shaft and a flange unit. An operation unit(140) rotates the first to third drum loading units in the same direction and speed. A reduction unit(150) reduces the rotation speed of one among the first to third drum loading units and is a hydraulic disk brake or hydraulic drum brake. A frame is detachably attached to the loading unit of the vehicle. The frame fixes the first to third drum loading units.
