PURPOSE: A twist ball and electronic paper capable of reducing driving voltage are provided to increase the response speed and reduce the driving voltage. CONSTITUTION: An inside of a structure of a spherical shape(102) is empty. The first and second display areas are formed in the surface of the structure. The first and the second display areas have colors different from each other. The first and the second display area are colored to the black and white. The first and the second display area are charged to positive charge and negative charge.
