An isolation sleeve (30) and plug assembly (32) that may be used to protect a wellhead assembly (10) from being damaged by high-pressure wellbore fracturing operations. Both the isolation sleeve (30) and plug (32) may be installed by the same running tool (82), and may be installed by lowering the running tool (82) through an isolation valve (26) on the wellbore.
