PURPOSE: An imaging device production system, an imaging device detection system and an imaging device detection method for maximizing specialization are provided to reduce inferiority rate in manufacturing the imaging device. CONSTITUTION: An assembly conveyor(1) is used for an assembling process of an imaging device. A connection conveyor(2)/lifting conveyor(3) is used for inspecting the imaging device. An inner pressure inspection conveyor(4) is used for an internal pressure test process for inspecting the internal pressure of the imaging device. An inspection conveyor(5) performs the various inspections for supplying the power to the imaging device.
