<p>PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method for sensing a touch input without a noise are provided to eliminate a noise efficiently without increasing the size of a touch sensing device. CONSTITUTION: An oscillator receives the electrostatic capacitive variation to oscillate the variation in frequency. A counter counts the oscillated frequency, and a comparison unit compares the counted value with a reference value to judge the touch input. An inductor chip(120) is connected to an oscillator, and the oscillator performs the frequency oscillation for the variation of the current from which a noise is removed.</p> |
